Shipping & Returns

Ammo Supply Warehouse specifically uses UPS GROUND to ship your purchases. We ship
INSURED to your door as part of your shipping price. For an additional $3 per package fee, we
offer NO HASSLE INSURANCE to your door, including porch theft or mis delivery. giving you
peace of mind knowing that if something does happen to your package, you are covered, and we
can ship out replacements immediately. NO HASSLES!

Most Times, we ship SAME DAY or NEXT BUSINESS DAY after you place your order. We
put an emphasis on getting your order to you as quickly as we can. You will receive a tracking
number, sent via email using the address you provided in your order. From there, you can
monitor your package, and see an expected delivery date. Much of the information about your
order is email driven, so please ensure the accuracy of your email address when ordering.


  • We ship ammo to the CONUS (lower 48 states). We used to ship to AK and HI 2nd day
    air, but the hazmat fees and the customs delays caused us to no longer offer that…sorry
    guys. Additionally, if your order is being shipped to IL, NJ, MA, or CT we will need a
    copy or photo of your FOID/FID/LTC or equivalent before we can ship your order. You
    can simply reply to your order confirmation email with the documents attached or please
    email us at info@ammosupplywarehouse.com. 

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.

  • You are not under indictment for, nor have never been convicted in any court of a crime that prevents you from owning firearms or ammunition. If you are unsure, please consult an attorney or your local police department to inquire.

  • You are not a fugitive from justice

  • You are not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance

  • You have not been adjudicated as a mental defective, nor have been committed to any mental institution

  • You are not an illegal or unlawful alien

  • You have never been and you are not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions

  • You have not renounced your U.S. citizenship

  • You are currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind

  • You have never been and you are not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.


As an industry wide standard given the nature of the product we offer, we WILL NOT accept
returns, under any circumstances, on sales of ammunition. All sales are final and made without
explicit or implied warranty of merchantability or otherwise. This is for your safety. We need to 
be able to verify the chain of possession of all of our ammo, and the conditions in which it was
handled, and/or stored. Imagine if we sold you some ammo, that some guy ordered, took it for a
swim, ran over it with his tractor, and then sent back to us. We believe you didn’t take it
swimming, you didn’t run it over with the tractor, and that you didn’t even take it out of the
shipping box. We hear you and believe you….but we don’t KNOW. More importantly, neither
do our customers. It’s nothing personal. Everything else can be returned with authorization. Fees
may apply. Conversely, in the event that we have made a mistake, we will work to correct it
IMMEDIATELY. In this situation, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package
to discuss.

Any returns of NON AMMUNITION items are at the sole discretion of Ammo Supply Warehouse, LLC and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please be sure you know what you are ordering and how many BEFORE clicking the submit order button. We do not want to have the uncomfortable conversation where we have to inform you of the 25% restocking fee, and then hear you complain about it, or to ask us to waive it. Just be sure of your order before you place it, and then everyone is happy!

very simple. Just choose the “PICK UP IN STORE” shipping option during checkout. If all of
the items in your shopping cart are IN STOCK and LOCATED at our PAHRUMP location, a
window will appear for you to set your day and time for your pickup. That is YOUR
APPOINTMENT. Not 1 hr later, not 1 hr before. We appreciate your cooperation on this one. If
the appointment window does not appear when checking out and selecting the PICK UP option,
please go back in and review your shopping cart for items that might not be located in our
Nevada warehouse, or you might have selected items that would need to be shipped by the
distributor. If you need to, call us at 775-513-1058 and we will accommodate your needs by
arranging a convenient pick up time. Pick-ups are strictly by appointment only. Remember to
